Villa Beauchêne was built as a large family house during the 1970's and has recently been updated and refurbished to form two separate holiday letting units - a large 4 bed apartment on the first floor (3 stars) and a 2 bed apartment on the ground floor (2 stars). Both apartments have been comfortably furnished for family or group use. The ground-floor apartment has been designed and approved as wheelchair user friendly. The apartments can be booked separately or together, for a party of up to 15.
The separate owners’ accommodation is also on the ground floor. This is a discrete presence and does not impose on the exclusive use of your apartment, terrace and shared use of the garden and barbeque area. However we are available to provide advice, support and any additional services you may require so as to ensure your fullest enjoyment of your stay.
The Villa stands in its own grounds of an acre within a perimeter fence. The garden has many beautiful, mature oak trees – from which it takes its name - and other trees more closely associated with the local climate such as European Pines, Mimosa and Acacia. These all provide a shady and restful environment and together with covered fishponds and flower beds give a welcoming feel as you enter the property.
We can offer secure parking for guests who are cyclists or motorcyclists
Because of the risk of fire, smoking is restricted to hard surfaced areas and is not permitted inside the apartments.
